How I can remove a tough rubber (plastic) smell of a Tupperware container that has been sealed lg?
I bought a used container Tupperware 2 gallons, that closes tightly. The interior has a strong smell of rubber or plastic. I tried Clorox, detergents, vinegar, leaving it in the sun, and stuffing with newspapers. Any suggestions? I like to bring iced tea for a picnic, but I fear it will have an off taste.
