How to get rid of Dark Circles around your eyes?
i have small, dark circles around my eyes does anyone no how to get rid of them??
Well, it’s hard to say, honestly. It could be caused by any number of things, so here’s a list that I think may be able to help you.
-If you smoke, stop. It makes blood vessles appear bluer, and could be causing darker undereye circles.
-Find out if it’s genetic. Sometimes dark circles run in families and are often believed to be inhereited.
-Eat less salt. Eating salt can cause you to retain water, and that might be part of what’s giving them any puffiness. Also, it can make blood vessles appear bluer, much like smoking.
-Find out if it’s a vitamin deficiency. Take a close look at your diet, as sometimes undereye circles are caused by a lack of certain nutrient.
-Avoid rubbing your eyes.
-Get enough sleep! This seems to be the most common culprit and yet it’s so overlooked.
-See if you have allergies. That could be causing it as well.
Lastly, you can get rid of them by using a Skin Cream with vitamin K, as vitamin k is one of the nutrients known to cause under eye circles when there is a deficiency. The tannin in teabags is also good for the eyes, as well as any cream with retinol, and lastly, that cucumber slice trick actually works by relaxing the eye area and moisturizing it. Ideally, the teabags would be damp and refrigerated, cucumbers as well, and you can find any number of creams with vitamin K and retinol.
Hope this helps.

Pill found to outdo lotion in tough head-lice cases
Despite results of a study, the chief author says ivermectin is not advised for first-line use, and it’s not approved in the U.S. for use against lice. Head Lice are itchy, nasty nuisances that can be hard to get rid of. Can a pill provide relief? A new study has found that in tough cases, an oral medication kills the parasites more effectively than a prescription lotion applied to the scalp.
